The Salmon Fillet followed, perfectly fresh and accompanied by well-paired sides that complemented its richness. Dessert was a Toblerone Mousse, a delightful finale with its intense chocolate flavor leaving an indulgent impression.
Taster #2 opted for the signature Beef Steak Le Chef, a plate that delivered on all fronts—quality, seasoning, and flawless preparation. The steak was cooked to perfection, rich and satisfying. Dessert came in the form of a Warm Apple Pie, a comforting and well-balanced sweet note to close the meal.
The food and drinks selection was appealing, with a full bar and a well-thought-out wine list. While the wine options impressed, the rest of the drink menu felt somewhat conventional. Presentations were polished, enhancing the dishes’ appeal without overwhelming their essence.
Service was attentive yet relaxed, with friendly staff navigating the evening with quiet efficiency. The menus were clear, the utensils appropriate, and the glassware a fitting touch. The ambiance—a fusion of stylish decor, comfortable seating, and well-placed lighting—created a space where you want to linger.
